Online ordering is ONLY for current patients who have been seen within the last year and need a refill. All orders must be picked up at our office during normal business hours. You may ONLY order products that were prescribed for you or a family member by one of our practitioners. You may not order products for people who are not currently patients in our office. Orders must be picked up within 3 business days or they will be restocked. If you need an order shipped to you, you must call our office directly at 607-433-9661 ext 1.
Please understand that occasionally due to high demand certain supplements could be out of stock. If you are coming into the office just to pick up the supplement order, we suggest calling ahead to verify that your order is ready and confirm that everything was available.
How to Order: be sure to choose only one supplement per drop down box. If you would like multiple boxes of the same supplement, they must be put into separate drop boxes.
