Tropical Paradise
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • ½ cup water or ½ cup soy or rice milk
  • ½ cup pineapple-orange or pineapple-coconut juice
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • ½ banana (may be frozen)
  • Handful of ice cubes

Note: This recipe can be modified by using Vanilla Rice Dream® with ripe bananas or your favorite fresh or frozen berries.

 

Veggies in an Instant
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • 1-2 cups tomato or vegetable juice
  • Dash of Tabasco® sauce (or more depending on your taste)
  • Handful of ice cubes

*Hint: Substitute 1 capsule of Standard Process Cayenne Pepper for the dash of Tabasco® sauce.

 

Apple-Cinnamon Surprise
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbs. frozen apple juice concentrate
  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Handful of ice cubes
Chocolate-Banana Milkshake
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • ½-1 cup almond, rice, or soy milk
  • 1-2 Tbs. carob powder to taste
  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • Handful of ice cubes

Note: You can substitute chocolate rice milk for the almond, rice, or soy milk and the carob powder.

 

Hot, Healthy Morning Drink
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • ½ cup tomato or vegetable juice
  • 1 Tbs. of Worstershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. regular or toasted sesame oil

Blend the ingredients together until smooth and add 1½ cups of hot water after the mixture is blended.

 

Pumpkin Pie
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • 1 Tbs. flaxseed oil
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup organic canned pumpkin
  • few shakes of each ginger, cinnamon, and Stevia
  • ½ to 1 cup water (less if adding ice cubes)
Carrot Shake
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • 1 cup freshly juiced carrots
  • 1 tsp. roasted sesame oil
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Berry Delight
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1-1½ cups orange juice
  • 3 tsp. honey (optional)
  • 1-2 cups ice cubes
Raw Soup
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • 1 pear (cored and peeled)
  • 1 apple (cored and peeled)
  • 2 Tbs. of your favorite oil
  • 1 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 head of parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 cups water
Dr. Agocs Special
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • 1 banana or ¾ cup strawberries (or both)
  • 40-50 grams freshly ground flaxseeds (1.5 Tbs. pre-ground)
  • 1 cup water
Simple Nutritious Shake
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup raw whole milk (if not available, use pasteurized, non-homogenized milk with the cream)
  • Handful of wild blueberries (or frozen organic)
Flecks o' Flax
  • 1 small or ½ large banana
  • A handful of sweet grapes
  • ½ ripe pear or apple
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 heaping Tbs. of organic milled flaxseed (not oil)
  • Add 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete and pulse blender 4-5 times for a smooth consistency.
Triple Berry Banana Bliss
  • 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • ½ cup sliced ripe banana
  • 1 cup organic apple juice
  • 1 cup organic berries (mixture of blueberries, raspberries, & huckleberries)
  • ½ Tbs. flaxseed oil
Dr. Malmed's Frozen Fruit Blend
Makes 2 servings.
  • 4 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • ½ sliced ripe banana
  • 1 whole ripe nectarine, cut up
  • 2-3 frozen strawberries
  • Several slices of frozen peaches
  • Small handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbs. flaxseed oil
The No-Milk Shake
Makes 2 servings.
  • 4 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
  • ½ or 1 sliced ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen peaches (or other frozen fruit)
  • 2 Tbs. high lignan flax seed oil
  • 2 Tbs. cod liver oil
  • 2 cups cold water

Directions for all shakes

Thoroughly blend all ingredients together, adding ice cubes or cold water until the shake reaches desired consistency. You may make a large enough batch to last you through the day, but make sure to keep it refrigerated, and remix it as needed before pouring.


*If vegetables are used, there is no restriction regarding the quantity. When blending vegetables, it is recommended to use a high-performance commercial drink blender.
